Need help getting started?

AdMinds helps you generate Google Ads drafts faster.

Please read this page carefully before generating or publishing ads.

Quick Start

AdMinds is an AI-powered tool that generates Google Ads draft campaigns to help you create policy-aware, well-structured ads based on best practices faster. Get from signup to your first published ad in under 10 minutes.

1

Connect Google Ads Account

Securely connect your Google Ads account using OAuth 2.0. AdMinds only requests permission to create draft campaigns—we cannot modify your live ads or account settings. Your connection is encrypted and you can revoke access anytime.

2

Select Google Customer Ad Account and Campaign

After connecting your Google Ads account, select the Google Customer Ad account you want to use. Then, select the Search Campaign where the Ad Group will be inserted. This ensures your draft ad groups are created in the correct campaign structure.

3

Generate AI-Assisted Draft Campaigns

Use our AI-powered form to generate ad drafts. Provide your product description, goals, tone, and target metrics. The AI creates well-structured, policy-aware drafts based on best practices with headlines, descriptions, and campaign structure ready for review.

4

Review, Edit, and Manually Publish in Google Ads

Review all AI-generated drafts in your Google Ads account. Edit headlines, descriptions, or any content to match your brand voice. Once you're satisfied, manually publish the drafts to make them live. You have complete control over when and how your ads go live.

What AdMinds Does / Does Not

What AdMinds Does

  • Generates draft ad groups, ads, keywords. Creates AI-powered, well-structured, policy-aware ad draft content based on best practices for Google Ads and helps you create Group Drafts in your Google Ads account. Generates Responsive Search Ads (RSA) with multiple headlines (primary, secondary, tertiary) and descriptions, along with high-intent keywords, secondary keywords, and negative keywords. Creates draft ad groups within your selected existing Search campaigns.
  • Provides suggestions only. Offers AI-generated recommendations based on best practices to help guide your ad creation process. All content is generated based on your product description, campaign goals, tone preferences, and target metrics, aiming to align with your inputs and Google Ads policy requirements.
  • Speeds up ideation and structure. Accelerates your workflow by generating multiple ad variations, headlines, and descriptions quickly, so you can focus on strategy and refinement. The AI generates multiple headline and description options simultaneously, giving you a variety of ad combinations to test and choose from.

What AdMinds Does Not

  • Publish ads automatically. All ads remain as drafts in your Google Ads account until you manually review, approve, and publish them. You have complete control over when ads go live.
  • Manage campaigns. We don't modify your existing live campaigns, change account settings, adjust budgets, or control your Google Ads account operations. You maintain full control of your account.
  • Optimize performance. We don't monitor live campaign performance, adjust bids, modify targeting, or make ongoing optimizations. You're responsible for managing and optimizing your campaigns after publishing.
  • Guarantee results. We cannot guarantee ad approval, performance metrics, conversions, revenue, or any specific outcomes. Ad performance depends on many factors beyond ad content.
  • Replace human review. All AI-generated content must be reviewed, edited, and approved by you before publishing. Human oversight is essential for compliance, brand alignment, and quality assurance.

Drafts vs Live Ads

AdMinds creates draft ad groups and ads in your Google Ads account. These drafts remain completely inactive until you manually review, edit, and publish them. Understanding the difference between drafts and live ads is critical to managing your account safely and effectively.

Key Points

  • Drafts are not live. Draft ad groups and ads exist in your Google Ads account but are inactive. They won't appear in search results, won't be shown to users, and won't impact your account performance until you publish them.
  • Drafts do not spend money. Since drafts are inactive, they don't consume your advertising budget. You only incur costs after you manually publish drafts and they become live ads that start serving to users.
  • Drafts do not guarantee approval or performance. Even though drafts are created in your account, they still need to pass Google Ads review when published. Draft status doesn't guarantee they'll be approved or perform well once live.

Before Publishing Checklist

Always complete this checklist before publishing any draft to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with your business goals:

  • Review text & keywords. Check all headlines, descriptions, and keywords for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with your brand voice. Ensure keywords match your targeting strategy and business intent.
  • Ensure Google Ads policy compliance. Verify that all content complies with Google Ads policies, including prohibited content, restricted content, and editorial guidelines. Remove any claims that could violate policies.
  • Confirm accuracy & business fit. Verify that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects your actual products, services, and business offerings. Ensure the messaging aligns with your brand and business objectives.

Live Ads

Once you publish a draft in Google Ads, it becomes a live ad and AdMinds has no further involvement or responsibility. You are solely responsible for all aspects of live ads, including budgeting, targeting, bidding, performance monitoring, optimization, policy compliance, and any outcomes. All management, changes, and decisions regarding live ads must be handled directly in your Google Ads account. AdMinds does not monitor, modify, or interact with live ads in any way.

AI Limitations & Expectations

You are fully responsible for reviewing and validating all content.

Important: AI-generated content must always be reviewed by a human before publishing. While our AI is designed to create policy-aware, well-structured ad drafts based on best practices, it can make mistakes and may occasionally produce content that needs adjustment.

  • AI can be inaccurate or repetitive. Generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or repetitive phrasing that requires human correction.
  • Outputs may violate policies. AI-generated content might not comply with Google Ads policies, terms of service, or applicable laws. Always verify compliance before publishing.
  • Results vary widely. AI output quality and relevance can differ significantly based on input quality, context, and other factors. Not all generated content will meet your standards.
  • AI does not understand goals unless told. The AI only knows what you provide in your inputs. It cannot infer your business objectives, target audience nuances, or strategic goals without explicit information.
  • AI does not guarantee ad approval or policy compliance
  • AI cannot guarantee better performance or conversions
  • Always review, edit, and verify all AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with Google Ads policies

Subscription & Limits

What Limits Depend On

Your subscription plan determines the limits for various features:

  • Draft ads per month: The maximum number of AI-generated ad drafts you can create within each billing cycle
  • Keywords per ad: The number of keywords (high-intent, secondary, and negative) that can be generated for each ad draft
  • Published drafts to Google: The maximum number of draft ad groups you can publish to your Google Ads account per billing cycle
  • Customer Accounts connected: The number of Google Ads customer accounts you can connect and use with AdMinds, which varies by subscription plan

Limits Reset Every Billing Cycle

All usage limits reset automatically at the start of each new billing cycle. This means your draft ads count, published drafts count, and other usage-based features return to zero and you get a fresh allocation based on your current subscription plan. The reset happens on your billing date, not on the calendar month.

What Happens When Limit Is Reached

When you reach a limit during your billing cycle:

  • You'll be notified when approaching or reaching your limit
  • The feature will be temporarily unavailable until your next billing cycle resets the limit
  • You can continue using other features that haven't reached their limits
  • You can upgrade your plan at any time to get higher limits immediately

Upgrade Path

If you need higher limits or additional features:

  • You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time from your account settings
  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of your current cycle
  • Your usage counters reset when you upgrade, giving you immediate access to your new plan's limits
  • You'll be charged the difference between your current and new plan for the remaining days in your billing period

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately with prorated billing. Usage counters reset. You'll be charged the difference between your current and new plan for the remaining days in your billing period, and you'll immediately gain access to the higher limits and features of your new plan.
  • Downgrades: Scheduled for the end of your billing period. No prorated refunds. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features and limits until your billing period ends, then the downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period—you won't lose access immediately upon cancellation. After your billing period ends, you'll lose access to premium features and your account will no longer have access to subscription-based functionality. No refunds are provided for the remaining time in your billing period unless required by law.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of billing periods, unused AI generations, dissatisfaction with content quality, or account cancellations. Exceptions may apply for technical issues we cannot resolve, duplicate charges, billing errors, or when required by consumer protection laws.

For complete refund policy details, including how to request a refund and processing times, please see our Terms of Service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does AI guarantee better performance?
No. Our AI helps generate well-structured ad drafts and creative ideas based on best practices, but it cannot guarantee better performance. Ad performance depends on many factors including your targeting strategy, budget allocation, market competition, landing page quality, and how well your ads resonate with your specific audience. The AI assists with creating compliant, optimized ad content, but you'll need to test, refine, and optimize based on your actual campaign results.
Why do my ads perform differently than expected?
While our app helps create well-structured ad drafts, actual performance depends on several factors beyond ad content: market competition in your industry, your advertising budget allocation, how well your targeting matches your audience, and the quality and relevance of your landing page. The app generates compliant ad drafts, but these external factors significantly impact click-through rates, conversions, and overall campaign success.
Are ads published automatically?
No. Ads remain drafts until you manually publish them in Google Ads. The app helps create Group Drafts in your Google Ads account, but you have full control over when ads go live. You can review, edit, and approve each draft before publishing to ensure they meet your standards and comply with Google Ads policies.
Can I edit ads after generation?
Yes, and it's always recommended. After the AI generates your ad drafts, you have full control to review, edit, and customize them before publishing. You can modify headlines, descriptions, adjust the tone, refine the messaging to better match your brand voice, or make changes based on your specific campaign goals. Editing allows you to ensure the ads align perfectly with your strategy and comply with any industry-specific requirements before they go live.
Is my Google Ads account safe?
Yes. We use Google's official OAuth 2.0 authentication with scoped permissions. The app only requests access to create draft campaigns and ad groups in your Google Ads account. You maintain full control—we cannot modify your existing live campaigns, change your account settings, or publish ads without your explicit action. All connections are encrypted and follow Google's security standards. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll lose access to premium features and your account will be downgraded to the free tier (if available).
How do subscription upgrades work?
When you upgrade to a higher plan, the changes take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period, and your new plan's features and limits will be available right away. Your usage counters (AI generations and published drafts) will reset when you upgrade, giving you a fresh start with your new plan's limits.
How do subscription downgrades work?
When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change is scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until your billing period ends. No prorated refund is issued for downgrades—you'll keep full access to your current plan until the period ends, then the new plan will begin at your next billing cycle.
Can AI make mistakes?
Yes. AI output must always be reviewed by a human. While our AI is designed to generate compliant, well-structured ad drafts based on best practices, it's not perfect and may occasionally produce content that needs adjustment. Always review, edit, and verify all AI-generated content before publishing to ensure it meets your standards, complies with Google Ads policies, and accurately represents your brand.
Who is responsible for policy compliance?
You are. AdMinds does not guarantee Google Ads approval. While our AI is designed to help create ads that follow Google Ads best practices and policy guidelines, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your ads comply with all Google Ads policies, terms of service, and applicable laws. Always review your ads before publishing and make any necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
What types of ads does AdMinds support?
Currently, AdMinds serves only RSA (Responsive Search Ads) Search ads. We are planning to support other ad types in the future, including Display ads, YouTube ads, and additional Search ad formats. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our capabilities.
