By accessing or using AdMinds (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AdMinds is an AI-powered software tool that generates advertising-related suggestions and draft content for Google Ads. All outputs are provided as drafts only and require manual review and action by the user.
3. No Professional Advice
AdMinds does not provide advertising, marketing, legal, financial, or business advice. All content generated by the Service is informational only and provided on an "as is" basis.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing any generated content
- Compliance with Google Ads policies, laws, and regulations
- Your Google Ads account activity, spend, performance, and outcomes
5. No Guarantees
AdMinds makes no guarantees regarding ad approval, performance, conversions, revenue, or results of any kind.
6. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions provide access to usage-based features and limits that reset per billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Refund Policy
General Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Once a subscription payment is processed, refunds are not provided for:
- Unused portions of your billing period
- Unused AI generations or published drafts
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
- Changes in your business needs or circumstances
- Account cancellations or downgrades
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- When required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service for an extended period, and we are unable to resolve the issue
- Duplicate charges or billing errors on our part
Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the exceptions above, please contact our support team through the support form on your profile page. Include details about your situation, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge in question.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdMinds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from use of the Service.
AdMinds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Google or Google Ads, and is not liable for actions taken by Google, including ad rejections, account suspensions, or policy enforcement.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
